El Matador Roaster is an Emirati specialty coffee roasting company based in Abu Dhabi.

We are a team of Emirati coffee enthusiasts who came together to supply our niche market with the most exceptional coffee beans from around the world. We saw coffee as a natural product with many possibilities, so we decided to learn the 'art' of coffee roasting. We believe that coffee roasting is an art that requires care, passions, patience and creativity. Therefore, we invested our time, heart and soul into learning it science, understanding its qualities and perfecting its flavors and aromas.

We are committed to bringing the best selection of exceptionally grown, amazing tasting and in season specialty coffees to cafes and consumers in the UAE. We are intentionally small and focused, getting after quality.
